Who Is Benjamin Huang?

Benjamin found himself majoring in his minor in 2016 being an engineer and a scientist. Ever since he decided to spend most of his time doing “the impossible”. In 2016, he bought his first rental real estate and achieved a 485% ROI. In 2017, he represented himself winning the first case over an attorney representing an HOA.
In the same year, being a newbie to real estate, he studied local construction regulations and related laws to acquire a permit to construction within 3 days instead of the usual 3 weeks back and forward process.
Within the first 4 years of his Real Estate journey, Benjamin expanded his portfolio across many states including Montana, New York, Massachusetts, Indiana, Delaware, and so on.
Benjamin became a father in 2020. He realized the importance of relationships with friends, family, communities, and society.
Benjamin recognized his surrounding people in the role of engineers, scientists, medical doctors, architects and many others are extremely talented in different specific areas.
However, without financial security, many of them in the community wasted most of their time handling unproductive things like politics when climbing the corporate ladder or suffering from financial insecurity forcing them to work long hours. Benjamin believes the value these extremely talented people can create can be significantly more when they can truly focus on what they are gifted without worrying about their financial burden.
Since then, he missioned himself and started MIT Capitals focusing on acquiring Apartment complexes and commercial real estate. This is the platform he dedicates to building on as the vehicle for his community to secure their financial stability.
